GERMANY, Feb. 10, 2018 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 22: After a 0-0 draw with SC Freiburg on February 3, Bayer Leverkusen lost 2-0 against Hertha Berlin.
Hertha Berlin dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Lazaro Valentino in the 43rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Old Lady further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Kalou in the 58th minute.
Bayer Leverkusen are down in fifth place with 35 points from 22 games, one point behind Eintracht Frankfurt.
