Ligue 1 (Week 26) : Monaco beats Dijon 4-0

FRANCE, Feb. 16, 2018 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 26: Three wins in a row for Monaco. After their success against Lyon and Angers, Monaco continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 4-0 victory over Dijon this Friday.

Monaco dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Senegalese forward Balde Diao Keita in the 13th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Monaco players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Fabinho '69/penalty, Lopes Rony '87 and Glik '90).

AS Monaco remains in second place with 56 points from 26 games, 9 points behind Paris Saint-Germain, which has a game in hand.
