LIBREVILLE, Nov. 13, 1977 (AMP) — Ghana 1978 (Qualifiers) : Gabon tied 3-3 with Congo-Brazzaville (halftime: 3-3), in the second leg of a qualifying game on Sunday. Congo-Brazzaville, who won the first leg (3-2), secured their ticket to the AFCON finals. Gabon is eliminated.
