LUSAKA, Nov. 13, 1977 (AMP) — Ghana 1978 (Qualifiers) : Zambia defeated Algeria on penalties 6-5, after the match ended 2-0 in regulation time, in the second leg of a qualifying game on Sunday. Zambia, who lost the first leg (0-2), secured their ticket to the AFCON finals. Algeria is eliminated.
