BENGHAZI, Mar. 16, 1982 (AMP) — Libya 1982 : Ghana reached the Africa Cup of Nations final for the sixth time in their history courtesy of a 3-2 extra time victory over Algeria (following a 2-2 draw in regulation) on Tuesday.
