KINSHASA, Aug. 19, 1990 (AMP) — Senegal 1992 (Qualifiers) : DR Congo defeated Tanzania by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 1992 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday.
The result put the congolese top of Group 8 with 3 points. In their next game, DR Congo will meet third-placed Uganda on September 1, while Tanzania will face Gabon.
