KAMPALA, Apr. 14, 1991 (AMP) — Senegal 1992 (Qualifiers) : Uganda defeated Tanzania by a score of 3-2 (halftime: 2-2), in a qualifying game for the 1992 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday.
The result put the Ugandans second in Group 8 with 6 points. Tanzania is bottom with one point. In their next game, Uganda will meet third-placed Gabon on April 27, while Tanzania will face DR Congo.
