LAGOS, Aug. 29, 1992 (AMP) — Tunisia 1994 (Qualifiers) : Nigeria defeated Uganda by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 1994 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday.
The result put the Nigerians top of Group 2 with 4 points. Uganda is second with 3 points. In their next game, Nigeria will meet Ethiopia on April 11, while Uganda will face Sudan.
