HARARE, Aug. 16, 1992 (AMP) — Tunisia 1994 (Qualifiers) : Zimbabwe defeated South Africa by a score of 4-1 (halftime: 2-1), in a qualifying game for the 1994 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday.
The result put the Zimbabweans top of Group 5 with 3 points. In their next game, Zimbabwe will meet third-placed Mauritius on August 30, while South Africa will face Zambia.
