HARARE, Jan. 22, 1995 (AMP) — South Africa 1996 (Qualifiers) : Zimbabwe defeated Cameroon by a score of 4-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 1996 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday.
The result put the Zimbabweans top of Group 1 with 6 points. Cameroon is third with 4 points. In their next game, Zimbabwe will meet second-placed Malawi on April 23, while Cameroon will face DR Congo.
