LUANDA, Apr. 23, 1995 (AMP) — South Africa 1996 (Qualifiers) : Angola defeated Guinea by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 1996 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday.
The result put the Angolans second in Group 6 with 14 points. Guinea is fourth with 12 points. In their next game, Angola will meet third-placed Mali on June 4, while Guinea will face Mozambique.
