LAGOS, Feb. 13, 2000 (AMP) — Ghana Nigeria 2000 : Cameroon claimed a third Africa Cup of Nations crown after defeating Nigeria 4-3 on penalties (after a 2-2 draw) in the final on Sunday afternoon.
