TUNIS, Feb. 27, 1999 (AMP) — Ghana Nigeria 2000 (Qualifiers) : Tunisia defeated Uganda by a big score of 6-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2000 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday.
The result put the Tunisians top of Group 7 with 9 points. Uganda is third with 3 points. In their next game, Tunisia will meet third-placed Uganda on April 10, while Uganda will face Tunisia.
