LOBAMBA, Aug. 2, 1998 (AMP) — Ghana Nigeria 2000 (Qualifiers) : Madagascar defeated Swaziland by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-1), in the first leg of a AFCON qualifier tie on Sunday.
The second leg between Swaziland and Madagascar will be played on Sunday August 23, 1998 in Antananarivo.
