KINSHASA, Oct. 10, 2000 (AMP) — Mali 2002 (Qualifiers) : DR Congo tied 1-1 with Lesotho (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2002 Africa Cup of Nations on Tuesday.
The result put the Basotho third in Group 6 with 2 points. DR Congo is bottom with one point. In their next game, Lesotho will meet second-placed Zimbabwe on January 14, while DR Congo will face Ghana.
