LOMé, Sep. 3, 2000 (AMP) — Mali 2002 (Qualifiers) : Togo defeated Sierra Leone on penalties 4-2, after the match ended 2-0 in regulation time, in the second leg of a qualifying game on Sunday. Togo, who lost the first leg (0-2), advance to the next round of the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations. Sierra Leone is eliminated.
