VICTORIA, Jun. 7, 2003 (AMP) — Tunisia 2004 (Qualifiers) : The Seychelles defeated Zimbabwe by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2004 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday.
The result put the Zimbabweans second in Group 6 with 9 points. The Seychelles is third with 6 points. In their next game, Zimbabwe will meet group leaders Mali on June 22, while the Seychelles will face Eritrea.
