LUSAKA, Jun. 5, 2004 (AMP) — Egypt 2006 (Qualifiers) : Zambia defeated Togo by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday afternoon.
The result put the Zambians top of Group 1 with 3 points. In their next game, Zambia will meet Mali on June 6, while Togo will face Senegal.
