BAMAKO, Jun. 6, 2004 (AMP) — Egypt 2006 (Qualifiers) : Mali tied 1-1 with Zambia (halftime: 0-1), in a qualifying game for the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday night.
The result put the Zambians top of Group 1 with 4 points. Mali is fourth with one point. In their next game, Zambia will meet second-placed Senegal on July 3, while Mali will face Congo-Brazzaville.
