KINSHASA, Jun. 5, 2005 (AMP) — Egypt 2006 (Qualifiers) : DR Congo defeated Uganda by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday afternoon.
The result put the congolese second in Group 2 with 12 points. Uganda is bottom with 4 points. In their next game, DR Congo will meet Burkina Faso on June 18, while Uganda will face Cape Verde.
