LIBREVILLE, Jul. 3, 2004 (AMP) — Egypt 2006 (Qualifiers) : Gabon tied 2-2 with Angola (halftime: 1-1), in a qualifying game for the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday afternoon.
The result put the Angolans third in Group 4 with 5 points. Gabon is bottom with 2 points. In their next game, Angola will meet Rwanda on September 5, while Gabon will face Algeria.
