HARARE, Mar. 27, 2005 (AMP) — Egypt 2006 (Qualifiers) : Zimbabwe defeated Angola by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday afternoon.
The result put the Angolans second in Group 4 with 11 points. Zimbabwe is third with 8 points. In their next game, Angola will meet Algeria on June 5, while Zimbabwe will face Gabon.
