KANO, Jun. 18, 2005 (AMP) — Egypt 2006 (Qualifiers) : Nigeria tied 1-1 with Angola (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday afternoon.
The result put the Nigerians top of Group 4 with 15 points. Angola is second with 15 points. In their next game, Nigeria will meet Algeria on September 4, while Angola will face Gabon.
