RABAT, Feb. 9, 2005 (AMP) — Egypt 2006 (Qualifiers) : Morocco defeated Kenya 5-1 after extra time, in a qualifying game for the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations on Wednesday night.
The result put the Moroccans top of Group 5 with 9 points. Kenya is third with 6 points. In their next game, Morocco will meet second-placed Guinea on March 26, while Kenya will face Botswana.
