WINDHOEK, Oct. 7, 2006 (AMP) — Ghana 2008 (Qualifiers) : Namibia defeated Ethiopia by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday.
The result put the Namibians second in Group 10 with 3 points. Ethiopia is third with 3 points. In their next game, Namibia will meet Libya on March 25, while Ethiopia will face DR Congo.
