CHILILABOMBWE, Jun. 2, 2007 (AMP) — Ghana 2008 (Qualifiers) : Zambia defeated Congo-Brazzaville by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday.
The result put the Zambians second in Group 11 with 7 points. Congo-Brazzaville is third with 5 points. In their next game, Zambia will meet Chad on June 16, while Congo-Brazzaville will face South Africa.
