NIAMEY, Oct. 8, 2006 (AMP) — Ghana 2008 (Qualifiers) : Niger tied 0-0 with Uganda, in a qualifying game for the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday.
The result put the Ugandans second in Group 3 with 4 points. Niger is third with one point. In their next game, Uganda will meet group leaders Nigeria on March 24, while Niger will face Lesotho.
