CUREPIPE, Mar. 25, 2007 (AMP) — Ghana 2008 (Qualifiers) : Sudan defeated Mauritius by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday.
The result put the Sudanese second in Group 4 with 6 points. Mauritius is bottom with one point. In their next game, Sudan will meet Mauritius on June 2, while Mauritius will face Sudan.
