LUANDA, Oct. 8, 2006 (AMP) — Ghana 2008 (Qualifiers) : Angola defeated Kenya by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday.
The result put the Angolans top of Group 6 with 6 points. Kenya is bottom with no points. In their next game, Angola will meet second-placed Eritrea on March 25, while Kenya will face Swaziland.
