LUANDA, Mar. 25, 2007 (AMP) — Ghana 2008 (Qualifiers) : Angola defeated Eritrea by a big score of 6-1 (halftime: 3-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday.
The result put the Angolans top of Group 6 with 9 points. Eritrea is second with 4 points. In their next game, Angola will meet second-placed Eritrea on June 2, while Eritrea will face Angola.
