ASMARA, Jun. 16, 2007 (AMP) — Ghana 2008 (Qualifiers) : Eritrea defeated Kenya by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday.
The result put the Eritreans second in Group 6 with 8 points. Kenya is third with 4 points. In their last game, Eritrea will meet Swaziland on September 9, while Kenya will face Angola.
