CALABAR, Sep. 5, 2010 (AMP) — Gabon Equatorial Guinea 2012 (Qualifiers) : Nigeria defeated Madagascar by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday afternoon.
The result put the Nigerians second in Group B with 3 points. In their next game, Nigeria will meet group leaders Guinea on October 10, while Madagascar will face Ethiopia.
