CAIRO, Sep. 3, 2011 (AMP) — Gabon Equatorial Guinea 2012 (Qualifiers) : Libya defeated Mozambique by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday night.
The result put the Libyans top of Group C with 11 points. Mozambique is third with 4 points. In their last game, Libya will meet second-placed Zambia on October 8, while Mozambique will face Comoros.
