MITSAMIOULI, Sep. 4, 2011 (AMP) — Gabon Equatorial Guinea 2012 (Qualifiers) : Zambia defeated Comoros by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-1), in a qualifying game for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday afternoon.
The result put the Zambians top of Group C with 12 points. Comoros is bottom with one point. In their last game, Zambia will meet second-placed Libya on October 8, while Comoros will face Mozambique.
