DAKAR, Sep. 3, 2011 (AMP) — Gabon Equatorial Guinea 2012 (Qualifiers) : Senegal defeated DR Congo by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday night.
The result put the Senegalese top of Group E with 13 points. DR Congo is third with 7 points. In their last game, Senegal will meet Mauritius on October 9, while DR Congo will face Cameroon.
