KIGALI, Oct. 9, 2010 (AMP) — Gabon Equatorial Guinea 2012 (Qualifiers) : Benin defeated Rwanda by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday afternoon.
The result put the Beninese second in Group H with 4 points. Rwanda is bottom with no points. In their next game, Benin will meet group leaders Ivory Coast on March 27, while Rwanda will face Burundi.
