KHARTOUM, Sep. 4, 2010 (AMP) — Gabon Equatorial Guinea 2012 (Qualifiers) : Sudan defeated Congo-Brazzaville by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday night.
The result put the Sudanese top of Group I with 3 points. In their next game, Sudan will meet group leaders Ghana on October 10, while Congo-Brazzaville will face Swaziland.
