KAMPALA, Jun. 4, 2011 (AMP) — Gabon Equatorial Guinea 2012 (Qualifiers) : Uganda defeated Guinea-Bissau by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday afternoon.
The result put the Ugandans top of Group J with 10 points. Guinea-Bissau is bottom with 3 points. In their next game, Uganda will meet third-placed Angola on September 4, while Guinea-Bissau will face Kenya.
