GABORONE, Sep. 4, 2010 (AMP) — Gabon Equatorial Guinea 2012 (Qualifiers) : Botswana defeated Togo by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday afternoon.
The result put the Batswana top of Group K with 10 points. Togo is fourth with 2 points. In their next game, Botswana will meet second-placed Tunisia on November 17, while Togo will face Tunisia.
