BLANTYRE, Oct. 9, 2010 (AMP) — Gabon Equatorial Guinea 2012 (Qualifiers) : Malawi defeated Chad by a big score of 6-2 (halftime: 2-1), in a qualifying game for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday afternoon.
The result put the Malawians second in Group K with 6 points. Chad is bottom with one point. In their next game, Malawi will meet Togo on March 26, while Chad will face Togo.
