CALABAR, Sep. 6, 2014 (AMP) — Equatorial Guinea 2015 (Qualifiers) : Congo-Brazzaville defeated Nigeria by a score of 3-2 (halftime: 2-1), in a qualifying game for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday afternoon at the U. J. Esuene Stadium in Calabar.
The result put the Congolese second in Group A with 3 points. In their next game, Congo-Brazzaville will meet Sudan at the U. J. Esuene Stadium on September 10, while Nigeria will face South Africa.
