ADDIS ABABA, Sep. 6, 2014 (AMP) — Equatorial Guinea 2015 (Qualifiers) : Algeria defeated Ethiopia by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday afternoon at the Addis Ababa Stadium.
The result put the Algerians top of Group B with 3 points. In their next game, Algeria will meet Mali at the Addis Ababa Stadium on September 10, while Ethiopia will face Malawi.
