BAMAKO, Sep. 7, 2014 (AMP) — Equatorial Guinea 2015 (Qualifiers) : Mali defeated Malawi by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday afternoon at the Stade du 26-Mars in Bamako.
The result put the Malians top of Group B with 3 points. In their next game, Mali will meet second-placed Algeria at the Stade du 26-Mars on September 10, while Malawi will face Ethiopia.
