BLIDA, Oct. 15, 2014 (AMP) — Equatorial Guinea 2015 (Qualifiers) : Algeria defeated Malawi by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations on Wednesday night at the Stade Mustapha Tchaker.
The result put the Algerians top of Group B with 12 points. Malawi is bottom with 3 points. In their next game, Algeria will meet third-placed Ethiopia at the Stade Mustapha Tchaker on November 15, while Malawi will face Mali.
