YAOUNDé, Sep. 10, 2014 (AMP) — Equatorial Guinea 2015 (Qualifiers) : Cameroon defeated Ivory Coast by a score of 4-1 (halftime: 2-1), in a qualifying game for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations on Wednesday afternoon at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium in Yaoundé.
The result put the Cameroonians top of Group D with 6 points. Ivory Coast is third with 3 points. In their next game, Cameroon will meet Sierra Leone at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium on October 11, while Ivory Coast will face DR Congo.
