ABIDJAN, Oct. 15, 2014 (AMP) — Equatorial Guinea 2015 (Qualifiers) : DR Congo defeated Ivory Coast by a score of 4-3 (halftime: 3-1), in a qualifying game for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations on Wednesday afternoon at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny Stadium in Abidjan.
The result put the congolese second in Group D with 6 points. Ivory Coast is third with 6 points. In their next game, DR Congo will meet group leaders Cameroon at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny Stadium on November 15, while Ivory Coast will face Sierra Leone.
