YAOUNDé, Nov. 15, 2014 (AMP) — Equatorial Guinea 2015 (Qualifiers) : Cameroon defeated DR Congo by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday afternoon at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium in Yaoundé.
The result put the Cameroonians top of Group D with 13 points. DR Congo is third with 6 points. In their last game, Cameroon will meet second-placed Ivory Coast at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium on November 19, while DR Congo will face Sierra Leone.
