TAMALE, Oct. 15, 2014 (AMP) — Equatorial Guinea 2015 (Qualifiers) : Ghana defeated Guinea by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 1-1), in a qualifying game for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations on Wednesday afternoon at the Tamale Stadium.
The result put the Ghanaians top of Group E with 8 points. Guinea is bottom with 4 points. In their next game, Ghana will meet third-placed Uganda at the Tamale Stadium on November 15, while Guinea will face Togo.
