LUSAKA, Nov. 19, 2014 (AMP) — Equatorial Guinea 2015 (Qualifiers) : Zambia defeated Cape Verde by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a AFCON qualifying game on Wednesday night at the Heroes National Stadium in Lusaka. Cape Verde and Zambia both qualify for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
