CAIRO, Oct. 15, 2014 (AMP) — Equatorial Guinea 2015 (Qualifiers) : Egypt defeated Botswana by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations on Wednesday night at the Cairo International Stadium.
The result put the Egyptians third in Group G with 6 points. Botswana is bottom with no points. In their next game, Egypt will meet group leaders Senegal at the Cairo International Stadium on November 15, while Botswana will face Tunisia.
